Dr. Mohammad Nadeem Akhtar, a faculty member at Fahad Bin Sultan University (FBSU), Tabuk, Saudi Arabia, received the Certificate of Excellence for Best Presenter at CONCET 2026, the 17th International Conference on Concrete Engineering and Technology. The prestigious conference was held at the University of Malaya in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, from 17–22 August 2026.
The award recognizes Dr. Akhtar’s outstanding Presentation of his research paper, “Performance of Low-Carbon Sustainable Sand Structural Concrete: A Laboratory Study.”
