Dr. Mohammad Nadeem Akhtar, a faculty member at Fahad Bin Sultan University (FBSU), Tabuk, Saudi Arabia, received the Certificate of Excellence for Best Presenter at CONCET 2026, the 17th International Conference on Concrete Engineering and Technology. The prestigious conference was held at the University of Malaya in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, from 17–22 August 2026.

The award recognizes Dr. Akhtar’s outstanding Presentation of his research paper, “Performance of Low-Carbon Sustainable Sand Structural Concrete: A Laboratory Study.”

University President Professor Abdallah I. Husein Malkawi and Dean of the College of Engineering Professor Khaldoon A. Bani-Hani expressed their appreciation for this notable achievement, which reflects FBSU’s commitment to academic excellence, innovation, and impactful research.
