Dr. Mohammad Nadeem Akhtar, Professor Khaldoon A. Bani-Hani, and Professor Abdallah I. Husein Malkawi, faculty members of the Department of Civil Engineering at Fahad Bin Sultan University (FBSU) in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia, have published a scholarly Book in collaboration with the University of Malaya in Malaysia and the German Jordanian University in Amman, Jordan. The Book was published by Elsevier.
