The Quality Assurance Center (QAC) was established at Fahad Bin Sultan University in 2008.
The QAC works to assure and improve the quality of education and services through evaluation systems and to help the University achieve accountability to the community.
The QAC plans and coordinates various self-assessments and evaluations, analyzes the results, and suggests improvements to the faculties and departments.
There are many examples for surveys that is conducted through the QAC:
- Course and teaching evaluations
- Med-program evaluations
- Satisfaction surveys
- Exit survey
